What is PRP Therapy?
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), also called the “Vampire facial” is a cosmetic procedure that harnesses the healing power of your own platelets and growth factors. The goal is to stimulate a powerful stem cell response in the skin. PRP contains three to five times more platelets, growth factors and active proteins for tissue and injury healing.
How Exactly is PRP Performed?
A small amount of your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge. Only the platelet rich plasma component is collected and re-injected back into your skin. After eight to ten weeks you should start seeing considerable improvement in the quality and health of your skin.
Benefits of PRP Treatments:
- Skin Tightening and Contouring
- Vampire Face Lift & Rejuvenation
- Hair Regrowth & Restoration
- Acne Scar Treatment (and other scars)
